Conflict Resolution
Making Conflict a Positive Asset: 3 Easy Strategies
Let’s face it–conflict is inevitable. Conflict is present in our lives, like it or not. In this high-energy training, Elizabeth will focus on the necessary skills you need for de-escalation of conflict, whether at work, home or in the community. She will share 3 easy tactics (P.S.C.) you can use on a daily basis to better manage conflict. You’ll also learn the importance of understanding conflict styles in order to be a better conflict strategist while managing different perspectives.
Training Objectives:
- Gain a strong understanding of what conflict resolution is and how to better manage conflict escalation.
- Learn how to effectively deploy the 3 strategies for making conflict a positive asset:
- Perception (P): Learn how to control emotions, gain trust from others and really understand your own needs and wants—as well as those of others.
- 5 Conflict Styles (S): Develop a strong grasp of the top 5 styles people exhibit during conflict. Be proficient on how to better manage and deploy these 5 conflict styles with the purpose of having a positive outcome.
