Amazing Gifts

I have been able to witness and see Elizabeth’s work first-hand as a client. She has the amazing gift of getting everyone to participate, rally the troops and bring consensus. She connects with the audience, boosts creative thinking, and extracts the best out of each participant. I attribute this to her strategic thinking, yet hands- on interactive approach. I would highly recommend her. Veronica Figoli Fleischer, Business Owner Integrate Business “Elizabeth is a facilitator that brings a unique perspective to the table. She has an ability to ask you to look at the issues from a different point of view than what you initially had on your mind. This results in an outcome that may be appreciated by all those participating in the facilitation as well as within the organization.

Community Outreach

The Denver Foundation has hired Elizabeth Suarez on a number of occasions. The most recent was to facilitate a community outreach meeting and discussion with residents of Douglas County in Colorado. She did an excellent job of helping us bring the right people into the room, design a format for the session that would meet our needs, and conduct a discussion that would leave us with better relationships after the meeting than before. She offers a sound sense of how to conduct a community involvement process and understands how to include and honor the voices of dramatically diverse constituents. In addition, her preparation and follow-up are those of a consummate professional.
