Her 4-Step process assists you in realizing the importance of taking full ownership and control of the coaching experience. Elizabeth’s highly interactive approach allows you to provide input at all times.
Step #1: Initial Evaluation & Goal Setting
During step #1 Elizabeth learns about the issues affecting you by facilitating an open dialogue. Based on the information learned, Elizabeth will identify the analysis tools that will assist you in better understanding your behavior, styles, and approaches. Additionally Elizabeth guides you in setting your own goals. These goals will follow the SMART approach. They must be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timely. This step is normally completed during the 1st and 2nd meetings
Step #2: Deployment of Analysis Tools & Necessary Trainings
Elizabeth utilizes tests from highly recognized experts in the field, such as Thomas-Kilmann Module, Dr. Richard Shell Bargaining Styles and The Center for Conflict Dynamics Behavior & Hot Button Tests.
Based on the results gained from the tests, step #2 focuses on developing the canvass that describes your strengths and weaknesses. At this stage Elizabeth will work with you in determining if you have the necessary knowledge and skills to reach the goals identified. Elizabeth will offer the necessary customized training associated with conflict, negotiation, persuasion and/or leadership to ensure your success.
Step #3: Strategy Development & Implementation
Elizabeth’s main concern is to help you develop the strategies that will assist you in successfully reaching your goals. In this step Elizabeth works with you in the creation of your own roadmap. This roadmap takes into account how you might react to a crisis; manage peer pressures; and handle different leadership styles. This roadmap is dynamic and needs to be updated regularly based on outcomes reached.
Step #4: Ongoing Efforts
During this final step Elizabeth’s objective is to ensure that you are able to continue updating and implementing your roadmap throughout your career journey. The intent is to ensure that you are fully aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and you are fully prepared to manage any situation that may arise.
