I’m a strategist in the fields of conflict resolution, negotiation and persuasion as well as Faculty at University of Denver. I have spent over  20 years in the management ranks of Corporate America and 4 years as a small business owner.  During these experiences I lived a wide array of conflict situation without having the appropriate tools or knowledge on how to deal and embrace any type of conflict while negotiating a deal or project.  These experiences plus my upbringing in a highly competitive Latino household in Puerto Rico, inspired me to really master these topics.

As a mediator, trainer, facilitator and strategist I work with clients in providing them with direction and subject matter understanding.  I’m a national speaker that focuses on providing groups and organizations with essential tips on how to improve communication and outcomes.  I have presented to groups across the country, including Higher Education Resource System (Bryn Mawr College, Wellesley College), National Hispana Leadership Institute, various Rotary and Kiwanis groups,  as well as annual conferences for a variety of organizations.  I hope this blog will provide the reader with an easy guide on how to tackle any situation requiring conflict, negotiation and persuasion skills.
